The two main areas on the Black Sea coast revolve around the two airports: Varna and Bourgas. Low coast flights to these airports are expected to start operating soon.

Varna Airport has the resorts of Golden Sands, Albena, Balchik, Kavarna, Sveti Konstantin (St. Konstantin) White Lagoon on it’s doorstep while Bourgas is used for Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, St.Vlas, Sozopol and Primorsko resorts.

The property market in all these areas is very hot with the expected entry into the E. U. for Bulgaria in 2007.Property prices are expected to double during the interim period.
