Inspection Tours:

Obviously we would not expect you to choose a property from any sales literature; you need to see just what is available and where they are situated. We offer two/three nights' inspection tours to Bulgaria all year round starting and finishing on any day of the week (subject to flights). The tours are for two people and include hotel accommodation and the services of our staff on a 'one to one’ basis. We can normally arrange an inspection tour for a subsidized price of £199 per person. Be assured that no sales pressure is applied at any time and you are under no obligation to purchase.

Relax	13.00hrs - Lunch - Discuss Legal procedures on buying property in Bulgaria and general discussion on Bulgaria	13.00pm - Lunch -	Discuss with Loan Officer (if needed).
	Decide which of the areas and properties you would like to see again on Day 2	At Best of Bulgaria Premises or hotel Discussing / Comparing / Eliminating properties/ areas viewed to date.	Reserve property (CYP 2000) and complete paperwork with solicitor	Transfer back to the airport for the flight home.-
